School Volunteer
There are many opportunities to volunteer on and off campus! Volunteer in classrooms or do yard duty during lunch & recess, read to students in the library, host or assist with an after school club, escort students onto campus from drop-off valet, and more!
All campus volunteers must apply and receive clearance through LAUSD. Complete the form below to learn more.
Event Volunteer
Friends of Elysian Heights holds several community wide fundraising events every year, including Harvest/Dia de los Muertos Festival, Art Festival, Elysian Heights 5K, and more. Volunteer your time and skills to support these schoolwide events!
Room Parents
Room Parents act as the point-of-contact for their classroom and communications from school administration and Friends of Elysian Heights. Roles include attending monthly meetings and sharing important communication. Room Parents are the communicators, motivators and activators of our school community.
